Contingency Services
Redhill Search sources qualified candidates to fill open job orders and charges a placement fee only when our client company hires the candidate. The client pays the fee per the agreement. To protect our clients we provide a guarantee for each candidate hired. This guarantee is typically for a stipulated period of time, and protects our clients due to quick and unforeseen termination by the candidate. If a candidate terminates within the guarantee period, we provide replacement candidates free of change until the position is refilled. Contingency recruiting gives our clients access to top talent, which they pay for only when a successful hire is made. It is also designed to protect our client’s investment.
Retained Services
Redhill Search conducts an exclusive retained search and is typically paid in thirds: signing of retainer contract, submission of a short list of candidates, and hiring of candidate. Retained search is geared toward finding senior level executives. This model of executive search requires significant consulting time and resources to identify bona fide candidates.
